Refund & Cancellation Policy

At the NEXGN International Short Film Festival (NISFF), we value every filmmaker and appreciate your trust and participation in our festival. To maintain fairness and clarity, we have established the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Non-Refundable Submission Fees

All submission fees paid for entering films into NISFF are strictly non-refundable.

This includes if:

• The film is not selected.
• The filmmaker withdraws after submitting.
• An incomplete or incorrect submission is made.
• The filmmaker cannot provide required documents.

2. No Cancellations After Submission

Once a film is submitted and the payment is made, the entry cannot be cancelled.

3. Technical Issues

If a filmmaker encounters upload or submission issues, they must contact us immediately. However, technical issues do not qualify for refunds.

4. Duplicate Payments

Verified duplicate payments are the ONLY scenario eligible for refund. Proof of both transactions is mandatory.

5. Festival Postponement or Format Change

If the festival changes dates or format, all submissions remain valid. Refunds are not provided in such cases.
